I Challenge You!

Hi again guys, i have a problem.....i am desperate to lose that last few pounds off my stomach and few other spots..i mean the top of my abs are showing and stomach is lean, but at the bottom abs are covered by ugly gut.
Anyway truthfully i challenge myself in which i have a few months off of work and study in order to accomplish this.
now i dont want to waste anytime and i want to be at my full potential to reach my goal.
few concerns:
1. i quit smoking!
2. how often should i run and shud i do it in the morning fasted for maximum fat loss potential
3. im doing weight training atleast 3-4 times a week hitting various muscles
4. my diet is whole foods, protein, whole wheat etc.. ( im thinking of really lowering my carb intake will this help? im talking 10-20g a day like the keto diet)
5. im not working or studying for this month and so all i can think of is accomplishing my goal day and night it haunts me.. in the morning i wake up i try to do as much excersize as i can ( but in reality i just be lazy ), i say lazy because by the end of the day i look at myself in the mirror and feel that i accomplished the minimum to reach my goal...and say i wana work harder the next day but rarely do. i know im making it seem like i have a motivation problem but i think its something else...

my question is how do i know when enugh is enugh.. and what if i want to do MORE! because im motivated enugh to run and excersize from morning to night non stop! but is this the rite thing to do ?
