i cant think of anything but Atkins or high protein

i did atkins for 9 months ,and now i am officially off atkins,but i cant think of anything but atkins or high protein..
while doing atkins u dont care much about Cals but carbs

and now i am challenged if i eat the same portion size i used to on atkins i excceed 2100 cals:eek:
and if i eat less i am hungry:(
can anyone guide me what is a balanced diet?
and what should be the portion size?
i am 25/f/5 2`/105lbs
i want to loose some body fat too..so what can be a good meal plan?

and how many cals i need daily so i dont loose or gain any weight?
