First, sorry for my english. I am French so if you don't understand something, please don't hesitate to tell.
I want to have liposuction in April next year but my surgeon told me I had to lose weight first (and I agree). I have always been obese but naturally very muscular so he told me I should weigh 95kg. I always had difficulties to lose weight.
Woman - 30
Weight 108 kg
Height 176 cm
I have Hypothyroidism which is treated and is actually ok
I started WW on the 21st of september. I did not lose a gram. I decided after almost a month to eat pizza and chocolate. The day after , I lost 500 grams. This is it.
A week ago, one of my friend who is fond of nutrition and sport told me she could help me and changed my diet. Here it is:
4 meals a day:
Meal 1 : 27g protein/36 g carbs/12g of fat (oatmeal, white egg, peanut butter, a banana)
Meal 2: 27g protein/36 g carbs/12g of fat (pasta, vegetables, white meat, olive oil)
Meal 3: 27g protein/36 g carbs/12g of fat (1 shake of whey I complete with a fruit)
Meal 4: 27g protein/0 g carbs/12g of fat (vegetables, oil and fish or white meat. If I eat red meat, then I don't use fat)
I write down every bit of my food which comes into my mouth. I weigh my food. I eat 3 of my 4 meals with my colleagues who I asked to be very attentive about what I eat (in the case I am not aware). I NEVER eat between meals. They are impressed how strict I am with my diet. I don't drink alcohol. Never. I only drink water or sometimes, a diet coke.
When I will start sport, I will have one more meal per day of work.
What should I do? I work on computer all day, sport will obviously help but I am not sure it is not normal to not lose weight at that point? What do you think?
