I can't believe I'm still confused. How many reps for size?

How man. I heard 6 from a BUNCHA people, and I've been doing 6. Then I hear 8-12 for size. I heard 8-12 is for endurance.

Someone help. :mad:

>12 Endurance

These aren't set it stone, some people respond aesthetically better to 4 reps or something different. Try 8-10 and if it doesn't work very well, or fast, try another number..
 
Oh come on man, haha, you already know my answer, 8-12, the 12 is usually for the first set, the warm-up set
 
Dude, just keep your core movements lower, 5-8. and everything else from 8-12. you just need to use focused effort and hard work and not worry about reps and sets just feel.
