I have been walking, running, doing a little bit of weight exercises for about a month now. I don't have a scale and havent been able to weigh myself. I haven't noticed a bit of change in my stomach, but I can flex my chest now. Does that mean I am losing weight in my stomach? Also, does the minimal change in my stomach meaningless or am I still losing weight there?
I am making it my full mission to finally get a scale by the end of the week. lol
