Going to the gym 3-4 days a week.
1/31/2010 : 393.4
treadmill 4 times a week at 30-40 mins.
lifting weights every other work out 15-20 mins
Swimming every workout 45-60 mins.
Racquetball for 45 mins once a week.
Shooting for a big number on 2/7
