This is good, The special weight loss programs are good for you, especially if the diet programs.

People do not actually need to spend any money on weight loss programs in order to be able to lose weight.

Some people find that it helps - but I never paid out money on anything like that.

It depends on what you bought. It could be placebo pills, diet cookbooks, exercise videos etc

It does depend on what you buy. I'm thinking about trying online weight loss program A Big Fat Neighbor. Any opinions on that? What about Sensa? They send me a lot of emails.'

Buying a treadmill is a good move - but I suspect that people are not talking about exercise equipment in this thread.
