I beg you to help me to lose weight, Please ?

Let's break your eating plan down because I know exactly where you are going wrong, but for the following, i will make a rough estimate (being generous on my part):

2 slices of bread: ~ 25.8g carbs, cheese: ~8.4g fat, 1 tablespoon of honey: 20.8g carbs, milk: 5g fat, 11.8g carb,

Fruit (lets say banana in this case, a small one): 16.8g carbs, 2 pieces of cake would be higher in carbs, depending on the type etc.

I dont know what your medium plate looks like, but lets say 200g: 72g carbs, sauce: depends on variety etc. The other options would be worse calories/carbs wise,

3 1/2 small, LEVEL spoons of sugar: ~14g of carbs

50g of cake or watever it is: ~ 30-50g carbs

As you can see, your carb intake it WAY too high. I don't care if it falls within your caloric limit. You are having more carbs than your body needs, not enough protein, and too many fats (if you take into consideration the protein sources, nuts, cakes etc). This is the problem with just sticking to calorie limit. Your body needs certain amounts of carb, pro and fats and you go over any, and its going to lead to weight gain. Write everything down, look up nutritional information on the foods you eat and cut down.
