i just want to apoligize to everyone on this forum who has helped me so much with tryin to lose weight. I realize that ive been a real pain and i have been askin the same questions over and over again. as i wrote in my other post i am starting a whole new healthy eating and exercise plan tomorrow, since school finally let out...anyway thank you all for your help, it really has been appreciated and i will be using all of the information you all taught me to try to lose weight this summer...
