ready to lose weight!
committing myself to losing weight right now!

hi everyone! i have been slowly packing on the pounds....and it's time for me to get rid of them! i figured a online forum would be nice to try!

it's nice to see other people going through the same process and hear how others are progressing. here's the break down:

5' 3 and 3/4"
131 lbs
tryna get down to 120! back to the pre-college weight!!

i'm more interested in losing body fat, as opposed to losing the pounds.

i think summer is a good time to start...being that i'm away from campus and i develop better eating habits more easily, since there isn't any temptation of the campus cafeterias!

i've been off to a good start...i've added exercise into my routine (5 days a week of at least 45 minutes of cardio and strength/weight training classes every other day)

and if anyone has any helpful hints, please share them! :)
 
welcome to the forum - do spend some time reading the stickied threads through out the forum - you'll get all sorts of helpful hints...

and start yourself a diary -it's a great way for people toget to know you better. and to keep track of your successes and challenges.
