I am up and down

Hi my name is Kaitlyn, im 21 5'1" and 130 ibs i am wanting to lose like 10 to 15 pounds but I need a motivater to start...i have access to both fitness equiptment and a pool as well as tennis courts...but i don't know what i need to do...i previously was working out 4-6 days a week doing intense cardio on the treadmill but i got a stress fracture and had to quit immediatly...For me i love running but i don't want to go through the injury again...any hints and let me know what area you think i should concentrate on the most

Due to your stress fracture, the only choice(until healed) is to jump in that pool. Swimming is a great low impact way to exercise. And its fun!
 
Walking is a great all round exercise if you walk briskly for a mininum of 30 minutes. I love walking and usually walk for an hour at least twice a week. I also walk briskly on my treadmill for 20 minutes at a time.
