Today I am starting to eat alot healthier and I am drinking nothing but water...what else is good to drink besides water? are protein shakes really good? I don't care for juice or soda so I wont have a problem with any of that junk.....The worst thing is where i work they just bought ab bunch of food for breakfast they do this like every morning...i declined the food but it smells good....
It's ok I want to be healthy and everyone else can enjoy the food for me. I need to figure out something to do after work to get my workouts going.....any ideas I have a 5 yr old with me.... getting a membership next week at a gym...thakns everybody
