I am SO hungry!!!

I have been working out a lot but not losing any weight so I decided to start eating less. It's been going pretty well but then tonight I ate a chicken salad and piece of bread for dinner, then I went to swim. Usually I can swim 100 laps no problem but tonight I could only do 50 then I had absolutely NO energy and I feel like I could eat a cow. How in the world am I supposed to do this?

Something like this:
Breakfast- bowl of cheerios with banana cut up in it
Lunch- grilled cheese and/or chicken wrap with orange
Dinner- chicken salad or some sort of chicken and vegetable

snacks: carrots, granola bars, popcorn (usually two snacks a day- once after lunch and once after dinner)

Then I either swim 100 or laps, or swim 50 laps and run about 30 minutes, weights.

So should need to eat more or just suffer through it and hope I get used to it?

1. Yes, you need to eat more

2. Eat less junk, (Grilled cheese, granola bars, popcorn )

3. Are you counting calories? try this works great

You shouldn't be this hungary, if you are, it's because you aren't eating enough. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! The body is a machine and it needs fuel, what do you suppose is going to happen if you burn more fuel than you have in your tank? Sieze up the engine... (what do you think of the analogy?)

dddaaammm. no wonder your so hungry. you need way more than that honey. try eating 6 250-300 calorie meals about 2-21/2 hours a part. with a serving of protein with each. the idea behind it is to keep your metabolism going. your only eating about 3-300 calorie meals from what it looks like. thats less than 1500, probably less than 1000 calories. and you said weights, if your doing strength training + cardio, your going to need to raise your calorie intake. may seem a bit high to you, but like 2500-3000. i know your a girl, but i dont know your height or weight or anything. but even my resting caloric intake is roughly 2600. i eat about 3300-3700 calories a day.

but maybe spockafina can help a little better than i can.

Yes, I know. Sorry it's rough though, I'm in college and don't have a lot of choices. Granola bars, popcorn, fruit and carrots are pretty much my only options.

Well, if u eat those snacks between meals, I dun think you r starving yourself. I'm assuming u r a girl, by the way... u r one, right? Make sure you eat 5 times a day. Consume at least 1300 Cal total.

From my experience, when i first started eating less and more frequently, I used to feel like starving at night too. I just sucked it up and persisted. It eventually got better over time, but i still feel a lil hungry. To me, it makes sense, cuz you r eating less than wut ur body needs, but I guess it all depends on what your body can tolerate.

My two cents

If you just started eating less, your body WILL rebel against you at first. When I cut down on my eating, I definitely felt hungry for the first week or so. Your body will come in line. Make sure you are eating enough though like everyone else said.

You are definitely NOT eating nearly enough.
First of all, you should be eating 5-7 meals, with a serving of protein with each. It sounds ambitious, but it will give you the best results.
I agree with Girthy that you really need to cut out the junk food; replace them with some healthy foods like natural PB, nuts, fruits, veggies, oatmeal, etc.
To give you an idea, I'm 5'7" and about 130. I'm currently cutting and I"m eating 2000 calories. It seems like a lot for a girl, but I'm losing fat and I have plenty of energy for exercise. And you seem to be very active - so you need to eat more to fuel yourself.
