i am so confused with my weight? help

hey im new, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, im wanting to tone and lose weight. But im confused. In the morning i am 57/58kg. But in the afternoon im about 59/60kg. Which one do i go by with what is my actual weight? Im wanting to get back down to 48kg. And i bloat a lot when i eat, even just a snack its horrible..any help? thankyou :)
 
Everybody's weight fluctuates throughout the day, this is completely normal. In the morning I weigh 185 pounds, but mid afternoon I weigh more like 189-190. Don't worry about it.

Spend some time reading around the forum...

There's no "true" weight... what does it matter what your weight actually is - do you go around telling people what you weigh?

if you're trying to lose weight -- pick ONE time to weigh - morning, evening, doesn't matter and ONLY weigh yourself at that time.., AND DO NOT STEP ON THE SCALE MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY -do you think you're magically going to lose 12 lbs in one d ay?

IF you read around theforum -you'll find that most people choose to weigh first thing in the am.. after using the toilet - naked.. because it tends to give t he lowest weight...

But you're better off with measurements bi-weekly - you sound like you're one of those people who just should not be weighing on a daily basis - not everyone should..
