hey im new, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, im wanting to tone and lose weight. But im confused. In the morning i am 57/58kg. But in the afternoon im about 59/60kg. Which one do i go by with what is my actual weight? Im wanting to get back down to 48kg. And i bloat a lot when i eat, even just a snack its horrible..any help? thankyou
