I am not really sure if I am doing the right thing or not?

My last thread I made was about losing weight and what not to sum it up I dropped from 300 - 172,173ish where Im currently at today.....

My question is this.. I want to tone up myself as far as that goes I want to be able to run the way I am running today and also be able to create muscle mass on my upper body.. chest, arms, stomach.

Now being that I am running 25-30 mile weeks and eating more than I normally eat Am I going to be able to lose alittle more fat off of my body and also put on weight by the food I am eating + lifting weights? I was hoping to stay at a 170ish weight... does this meen I have to get down well below that and then go about putting on the rest in muscle or just stay at the weight im at now?

Is this possible.... I am experienced when it comes to losing weight / dieting just not good at the wholw weight trainign part :( if someone could shed some light on it that would be great thanks!

All depends on how you're persistent. If you want something and if you're persistent, then what more are you doing the greater success. For some details and if you're a beginner and if you are interested in exactly what to do visit this site: nutrition-exercise.com

The first thing I would recommend is to stop looking at the scale and focus on your body fat percentage. This is going to be much more accurate for tracking your progress.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may be making progress, but the scale will tell a different story.
