Hey Everyone.. my name is Tara and I am a 23 year old female from Vancouver Island. I am joining the forum because I am starting a new journey to try and lose some weight and get healthy and need some support from people who are right there with me and know my struggle. I just had a baby girl named Madison 2 months ago so I am slowly getting back to the gym and am amazed to see how out of shape I really am.
