I am new here. i am looking to loose a lot of weight. i will be happy to loose 30, but i really have to loose 70. I am 25 and i have always been chubby, then after my three boys i was no longer chubby i am big now. i lost most of the weight after my first then slowly gained some back then i got pregnany again and then 6 months later again. my youngest is two and i have tried weight watchers, atkins, south beach and none of them seemed to work. about a month ago i got so grossed out about myself that i started trying to eat a little less and just move, not exercise but move more. i have lost 15 lbs and i am so excited. but now i am noticing that i am loosing in my smallest parts. i am odd shaped. i have big boobs and belly, skinner legs and no butt. so i have no idea what to do for my body. i hope that maybe people here can help me and i hope to help other people. does anyone know of good belly exercizes to do from home??

I'm the opposite of you - the first place I gain and the last place I lose is in my thighs, and the last place I gain and the first place I lose is in my breasts. AFAIK, there's nothing you can do about it.

Belly exercises will give you better abdominal muscles, but they won't burn abdominal fat specifically. It will eventually come off, but (at least for me) it's sloooow.

First off, welcome to the forum! You'll find lots of great support here.

Next, your body will lose weight the way it wants to - ie, you can't tell it from where to lose first. A bummer, I know.

Regarding belly exercises, you already have flat abs (everyone does) - they're just covered up by fat. But as you continue to lose weight, you'll eventually start to see them (or feel them) peaking out as the fat disappears.
