I am new - want to lose 30lbs

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the website. I have been on a mission to loose 30 lbs for a while now. I finally got a trainer at the gym and am committed to going 4-5 times a week. I eat healthy about 80% of the time...but probably drink a glass or two of wine everynight...sometimes I don't, but I do have a glass atleast 3 days out of the week. I am trying to cut back on that too.

I need support and I need people who are on this road with me. I'm looking for buddies, mentors, and even competitions...I'd love to loose this weight and help others along the way.

I've lost about 8lbs so far on my own, but have another 30 more to go...current weight 170lbs. I am a 28 year old female, married, no kids.

How's everyone out there doing?

there are usually plenty of chalenges in the "Club Challenges" section if you like the competitive aspect.
 
Can I start my own challenge here? I saw that most of the "club challenges" had already started or half way done...I'd like to start a new challenge. I do better when I am challenged or organizing something where I know I will be held accountable.
 
you can start a new challenge but start it in the challenge section, not in the newcomers section.
