I am new here!!

Well I will post some pictures of me I already lost 66 lbs this year. First I will tell you my story i played football for 19 years here on Mexico, but like alot of people I finish school i get marry and yes i start to gain some weight, I know that I am overweight but like alot of people I said i am ok, my wife my daugther my family and friend love me like this there not problem. But last year on December we take our girl to Disney for her Birthday, and I start to see the I need to lost some weight, I wasnt able to play we my girl, i cant walk alot, and much other thing that came when someone is overweight. So en january i decided to walk on the morning, I start to see some change, then on March i start to goes to the gym and i see more change, and now on July I see more change, and I will try to get to my goal this year I am looking for the 176 lb. Well here are some pics, iwill try to put when someone tell me, Hey Raul you are changing you look better :reddevil::reddevil:
 
Raul, you definately look much better.how did you loose exactly the 66 pounds,beside the walking and gym?did you count calories or something else?I know what you mean by not be able to run after your little daughter,but hey, kids are the best motivator.Good job,I can't wait to see the progress report with some new pictures in the future.
 
I dont drink any beer, well any alcohol for 4 month, no more coke, no more tortillas for me, no more trash food and I start to eat more healthy, and then I start to a dietitian and start the Zone Diet, here i dont count calories I count how much of protein, fat and carbohydrate I eat, I eat 5 time a day. I goes to the gym 2:30 hr 6 day a week, well on that 2:30, 30 minutes I do some cardio. Well I will wait some time and then i post some more pics.

BTW Sorry for my english I know it is not the best i hope everyone undersatand me hahahaha:biggrinjester::biggrinjester:
