Hmm anybody here knows how to lose weight fast without having a diet or doing exercise? if anyone can reply something. thanks

sorry that is blunt but you will not find the answer without effort. You will have to cut your calorie intake and/or increase your calories burned. It is calories in vs caloris out. Please take some time to read about some of what other members have done to lose their weight..if you are looking for a quick fix, that is not the answer and it won't be found here :)
 
If you're lazy, it's because you got into the habit of being lazy.
You have to work at NOT being lazy. Make a list of things you need to do daily and do them. Work on your discipline. Include exercise in that plan, and cut down on the junk food, soda, and fast food you eat.
YES, it really that simple.
 
Chop a leg off. That should reduce your weight by about 10kg or so. Easy!

Now surely you are not serious. If you want to lose weight, you are going to have to get off your lazy arse and work for it, like anything else in life.

Seriously though, you can have lipsosuction but can you afford it? Or you can half your stomach cut out. Ditto money. But be warned in both cases you will be asked to lose some weight first.
 
You may be fat & lazy, but you are also refreshingly honest!!;) (unless you were just having a laugh?). Sorry, I don't have any answers for you - but if anyone else does, please pass them on to me!
Can anyone recommend a good thread on here for people who are severely lacking in willpower? I attend a weekly slimming class, and I find that a couple of days before the weigh in, I start being really strict with myself - yet after I've been weighed, temptation seems to overtake me, and I go right off the rails for a couple of days.:newangel: Consequently my progress is slow to say the least! But I have been a dieting disaster for years! I'm really annoyed with myself, and I know I need to get a grip, but I could do with a bit of support (the class alone isn't enough).
 
Why would you not want to work on it? its amazing to see the scale say a smaller number than the time before and it teaches you how to be a healthier, happier person. I once detested working out but now it has been one of the best stress reliever ever.
 
Losing weight fast is a bad idea. Also, not being willing to diet or exercise is a surefire way to make yourself fatter and (as a result of loss of fitness and thus energy) lazier.

Supposing there is a way to magically lose all the weight you want to lose.
If you did not change eating habits and exercise you would be gaining that weight back in no time, so I don't think that magical solutions are desirable even if they worked (which they don't!)
 
Yup. On a standard diet, i was always hungry and had to exercise so much. Now I am raw, and just do gentle exercise. But remember that exercise isn't just about weight loss. It is so important to move your lymph around.
