I have never been over weight until 10yrs ago after I had my daughter I gained over 50lbs without even trying I have do e many diet routs, LA weight loss lost 30lbs, Jenny Craig lost 30, the worst was Dr.B lost 40! I know my first mistake is diets with all of these I lost but always gained half back I know that is better then all of it but k would love to sit at 170 which is fair for my height.
I am healthy do drinking drugs or smoking! I am a hair stylist and I never have time for breaks to pee let alone eat i am also not drinking enough water maybe a liter a day and I was told it should be more like 3lt? Is this true and how helpful is it?
I do not over eat I actually think I dont eat enough right now I have 2 protein drinks 2-3 fruits 1-2 salads with chicken on them I do NOT eat breads/flour of any kind as I have found wheat hurts my joints in my hands they feel fat and full of fluid! And I need them to cut hair!

I take vitamins c, b, multi, omega369, every day I just added PGX but man I'd my tummy bloated and constipated at time I look pregnant! So any advice about this product?

My goal is to lose 20-30 I have started walking to get back into running but after standing 8-10 hours a day I dread having to get on my feet anymore.
Any pointers for me would be great thanks in advance!

You may be getting too much sodium in your diet if your hands stays filled with fluid, have you notice that your feet stays swollen too? You may want to Check with your doctor, you may have all over water weight gain and need something to help you lose the fluid build up. Sounds like you are eating right and since you are a hair stylist you are moving around a lot. Sit Ups, Crunches, and squats at home may help, and walking is a good exercise.

Right now it is only my hands and it is for sure after I eat bread. I guess I could have water issues never thought of that being it is just my hands and it goes away after get working. To solve this I need to drink more water right?

u might have a mild reaction to gluten(bread) try leaving that out a few days and see if that helps a bit, or try a gluten free bread, if u have swelling in your lower legs you can try compression hose, standing all day is not good at all, maybe bike riding, swimming, and gl!!

I have had that very same problem with bread, but it just effects my knees (fluid build-up). I just cut it out of my diet and it went away in a couple of days.

Thanks for all the tips but I am cutting out all the bread/ carbs out of my life right now slowly over the next month. Then I am goi g to work on the sugars and drinking more water I drink about 2lt a day I want to get up to 4lt.
