Hello everyone, well once again I am trying to get my life in order. It's always been so tough, I lose, then quit. Gain and gain some more...
Anyhow, so I started January 6th, basically cutting my calories and going to the gym again. I had started feeling some bad joint pain and felt "old" i'm 32... Since i've been going to the gym I feel no joint pain and feel good over all.
I was wondering if this ever has happened to some of you, usually when I start dieting, I end up sick. Like a cold of some sort... It happens everytime!
I do my weigh-ins on Mondays, hoping it will keep me in check through out the weekend.
I remember back in 2009 or something like that... I had my best success when I was somewhat active on this board. I hope I can get to know some of you, I do need to be more social!

Oh and im down about 7 pounds... in 2.5 weeks... so I think it's a good start.
I plan to get another food scale, I had one. but lost it in my recent move back to Texas!
Any tips? Whats a good breakfast? Lunch? I can't eat any nuts,corn,seeds, etc... because of a condition.
