Hey guys, i am new here. I am an endomorph. Endomorph refers to a person who easily gains weight but can't easily lose it. My bigger brother who is the opposite has been trying to help me out by giving me some reaaaaally nauseating shakes ..yuuck. but of recent ,he sent me this link Link removed. Does any of you think it can work?
