I AM a PSYChOTIC NUTRI-VALUE EATER!!!!

U know it folks. My greatest fear is ... well... TRANS FAT. I'm scared that trans fat will creep into my heart and choke me to death at night. JUST KIDDING. But yea... I have heard that Trans Fat can't be burnt... IS THAT TRUE?!?!?

YOU KNOW WHAT MAKES NO SENSE?!?!?
Okay let me tell you a story.
I went to go shop for my lunch.
I go to bread section.
I go take a look at muffin nutricion label.
Guess what. I look in the trans fat section and I thought i was gonna freak out.

2 GRAMS OF TRANS FAT AND IT SAYS ONLY 22% daily value WHAT THE F****?!?!?!??!?!?!??!?!?!

Okay, that makes no freaking sense because I have read other nutricion labels and trans fat is only at 0.2 grams and it says like 35% daily value.

okay... let's put this to a ratio!

2 g : 0.2 g

22%: 35%

Does this match up? YOU tell ME.

At first I thought the company made a printing mistake or something and they meant to put 0.2 g instead of 2 g. But NO. I asked the manager and he says IT IS TWO GRAMS. I felt like somebody slammed in the back of the head with a sledgehammer. If you eat htis muffin it will choke you to death!!!

PLEASEEE SOMEBODY RECOMMEND ME TO GOOD HEALHTY FOODS WITH LOTS OF PROTEIN, CARBS, and all that nutricious goodness MAINLY LIKE CHICKEN BREASTS!!! OKAY?!? THNANKS

p.s. sorry for all the captions

For the umpteenth time - you CAN burn trans fat.

I've seen your question answered at least four times

On a sympathetic note, it does suck when companies mislable things. This one time, I was passing by a Sun Harvest (healthy grocery store) on my way home from school, and I decided to check it out. I had never been there before, so I was amazed to find a ridiculous assortment of nuts; the kind of assortment where you fill your own bag with a shiny scoop. Anyhow, I start looking around to see what nuts have the most protein. The serving sizes were all the same (I think it was 1/2 scoop).

I start looking at the basics, almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc. All are about even - 3g, 3g, 3.5g, 3g, 4g.... then all of a sudden 23g. I look up to see a nut I had never seen before. I check the serving size, yes - 1/2 scoop. Fat content was average to the other nuts - good.

Then I look up to see the price. Now, normal prices are around $2 a pound (maybe less). But these nuts - these spectacular and stunning protein packed wonders of nutdom were $11 a pound. This only confirmed that I made a find. Now, I was tempted to buy up the entire city's supply of this baby, hike up the prices and give out free samples in gyms to get the market churning. But first, I had to try it.

I sneaked a look - only old people watching. I grabbed a handful and threw them down the hatch. An old lady shot me an eye, so I punched her in the leg and took the tennis ball wheels off of her roller and threw them down aisle 7 (well, sort of). It was aisle 8. Anyhow, where was I? Oh yes, the nuts tasted like bland nuts, nothing a lifter wouldn't endure to get a nice shot of 23g of protein.

So I decided to buy up their whole supply, but then I realized I only had about thirty bucks on me, so that would have to do. I drive home slowly - as not to spill the two pounds of magic I have in my passenger seat. I would like to take the time to admit, I was a bit teary - it was an emotional momet for me, gleeful you see. I'm still a man damnit! It was just how beautiful those frickin nuts were!

To make a long story short, I look on the net to see the nutritional value of "Pine Nuts". Those bastards mislabled it, to this day they sit in my pantry. They are bland and gross and will never be eaten, but thats $25 worth of nuts for heaven's sake!
