I am 15 and would like to lose some weight! Help?

Hello my name is David and I am looking for someone who is experienced in losing weight and gaining muscle. I am 15 years old, 5' 3 3/4", and I weigh about 135 pounds (by the way part of my weight comes from muscle I have already built). Currently I am unhappy with my weight and I would like to lose about 20 pounds, so I can start building muscle. Right now my daily eating habits consist of this: (6 am) Breakfast: 1-2 Waffles (Plain) and coffee (no sugar and two half n half's).
(11:30-12:30) Lunch: Black forest ham, light mayonnaise, and one slice of cheese on wheat fiber bread. A pack of "Peanut butter & Honey Crackers" and a pack of "Vanilla Cream Cookies" (These contain 6 crackers/cookies in each) and a water.
(5-5:30 pm) A bowl of cereal, pasta, etc; (Anything we have to eat at that moment) Some Doritos (occasionally), glass of chocolate milk, and water.

If I need to change some of the food I eat in my diet, just tell me. I am not as active as I was about a month ago simply because of the homework I have. I go to a Early College and I have tons of homework! (At least lately I have).

Edit: If I am able to I will post a picture of what I look like with my shirt off and hopefully that will help determine how much weight I should lose.
 
Sorry for responding so late! But yes I normally play football and sports in general to keep active and have fun. I checked my BMI online and it said that I was normal weight, but I am right at the edge of being overweight [According to the BMI Calculator]. 25+ is overweight and I am at 24. So I was hoping to lose about 3-5 pounds just so I am in the middle and will look a little bit better. Some people have said that I should jsut workout and not worry about losing weight seeing as I have not finished growing yet. What do you suggest?
