You can help yourself by reading the stickied threads around the forum...

And by talking to your parents or guardians about your goals as they are the ones feeding you since you are still a child.

:seeya:Hi there
A quick reading of your post makes me think that you need to be getting more sleep (teens need even more sleep than adults), and that you would benefit from cutting out all soda pop drinks.

I hope you take Mal's advice and do read some of the information available on this forum; there are a number of teens who are doing their best to *healthfully* lose weight by adjusting their eating and increasing their exercise. You can do it too! My metric isn't very good, so I'm not sure about your weight/height measurements. Do talk with your folks about your goals and dreams - not just regarding weight loss, but regarding your life! :biggrinjester:

Best wishes on your journey,

hay there! i think that you should just exercise and eat healthly dont skip lunch as remember your body is like a car and needs fuel to run! try to cut out the pepsi as its really not that great for your body or your teeth!

My advice is eat a healthy breakfast, that will even help with making your brain more alert and healthy so it can learn more.

Don't skip lunch, eat a healhty lunch. Sandwiches, salads, fruits, etc.

Stay away from soda like Pepsi especially. Ick. That's packed with sugar and calories.

Ask you parents to cook a healthy meal. Or if they don't want to cook healthy for some reason, at least eat about half the portion you would otherwise eat.

Join a sports team at school. Or even just something like Flags for the marching band. I was a chubby kid, and I did flags in middle school and high school. And I lost a ton of weight doing it. Great exercise. Of course I gained it back later, but that's another story...

IMO, you're too young to be lifting weights and exercise bike. Get out and do things like going for a hike or playing baseball or walk around the mall a few times. Just be more active and eat healthier. Not only will you start losing weight, but you'll be glowing from happiness.

Good luck.
