Are you done breast feeding? You should NOT be breast feeding at all while you're taking any kind of pill without your doctor's permission. Your baby needs the breast milk, so unless its time to switch, I would think you'd hold off on taking things like this so your baby can get the benefit of the breast milk.

Are you exercising and watching what you eat? That's what you'll need to do to lose your weight, whether you take Hydroxycut or not.

From Hydroxycut's website
7. How should I begin using Hydroxycut®? When should I take it?
The following is a portion of the labeled directions. Click on the link below to view and read the entire label.

DIRECTIONS FOR MEN & WOMEN: As a dietary supplement, take 2 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water 3 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals (preferably before breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Do not exceed 2 caplets in a 4-hour period and/or 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. To assess individual tolerance, follow the chart.

Day 1 to Day 3 1 caplet, 3x daily
So you didn't bother to read the instructions...
You probably missed this part too
5. What type of exercise and nutrition plan should I follow when taking Hydroxycut®?
Regular exercise and proper nutrition are essential for achieving your weight-loss goals. Follow a program consisting of resistance training and aerobic exercises performed at a level that is comfortable for you. For weight loss, many nutrition experts recommend a calorie-reduced diet moderately high in protein, moderately low in carbohydrates, and low in fat. Protein should come from foods like lean chicken, beef, and fish. Carbohydrate sources should include foods like rice, whole-grain breads, fruits, and vegetables. Also, ensure that your diet includes healthy fats (like flax and fish oils) and is low in saturated and trans fats.

When you combine Hydroxycut® with your diet and workout plan, you're giving yourself an edge in your quest for a lean, attractive body!

And from another site...
Hydroxycut Side Effects

Reported side effects of Hydroxycut include higher blood pressure and heart rate, headaches, nose bleeds and acne. Patients who already have high blood pressure should steer clear of Hydroxycut, as should pregnant or breastfeeding women.

That's funny because I could sell you a rat turd in a bottle, tell you to exercise and diet, show you results, and rake in the profit harping on fat people's insecurity. What a wonderful company. Pseudo-science is destroying many people's grip with reality.

EVERY diet pll on the market... has that in the instructions... that the program works in conjunction with a diet and workout plan..

if you can do the diet and exercise save your money for a rockin' new wardrobe..

I'm sure those pills have some merit for some body types -but for the average person trying to lose 30, 40, 50lbs and more -tehy are worthless. diet and exercise and learning new habits are the most effective way to go

Actually this is the time for switch( my daughter is almost 15 month) and we r used in our country to stop at about 14 month

My doctor was asking me if I wanted to try out diet medication actually, perscription stuff or something. I wanted to so baddly, but even if I did lose the weight with the pills, I wasn't about to be popping one every day for the rest of my life, and I would have gained the weight back.

So I decided not to take any.

Also, I had a friend in school who had a boyfriend taking one of these weight loss drugs you always see on tv, and she said that all it did was surpress his hunger a bit and give him gas.

I'm going to be honest with you. Stop taking the pills. You want to lose weight? Then take care of yourself first! There IS NO MAGIC PILL OUT THERE!!! Nothing can help you lose weight but hard work and determination. ..maybe some prescription uppers and downers... You can do it without depending on pills. Without compromising your health by putting weird shit in your body that ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE.

Take my advice, and don't ever for a second believe that those people on teevee had those bodies that easily. You didn't get that way overnight, so how do you expect a pill could make it go away so quick?

I'm not trying to be mean..just honest
