Human-Health Education
HUMAN-HEALTH EDUCATION – Providing a “far-reaching” basis for solving many of the communities living health crisis must start with a deep-penetration into each person’s own understanding of his or her present “living-giving” body of health. (Speaker/Writer included)
A primary function of human-health education is to help each person discover any and all psychological disturbances, distractions, distortion their mind creates. One’s thoughts are a combination of what as well as how one “thinks?”
Our thinking, our thoughts, can be termed as “self-knowledge” that can turn into “self-hypnosis” when knowledge is repeated constantly, not questioned or act upon.
The second function within Health Education is making each person recognize the physical causes of “unhealthy-habits” – starting and ending with bodily movements as well as mental movements.
Unconscious risky abusive behavior creates, generates and motivates poor health problems – the repetitive act of random movements.
…And the hardest human-habit to break is the habit of thought followed by its action – physical movement in doing.
To help break the "habit" Brook The Movement!
ANY form of Human-Health Education begins with and ends with human-relationship.
How else will people sense its need of learning and feel to continue to live right and do more.
The continuation of learning is the true meaning in being “self-disciplined.”
This also means learning by our mistakes and others among us.
Understanding your present-health while existing will only arise out of a strong-sense of “freedom” that which is having the self-awareness and attention in letting the body(your body) feel its health so that a mind can learn to grow healthy along with the other vital functions of the human-body
Human Health Education & Health Educators are an essential tool of understanding in learning to living well which is most important because very few people do know how-to-live and live healthy and right.
When we are not educated to live or be alive to life now, health education has no real meaning and significant importance.
It will take the right kind of human-health educator to awaken each person’s intelligence that must be new and fresh which means not of a fix mind from yesterdays knowledge.
The “educator/speaker must make a personal-impact to their audience.
The foundation and well-spring of living-giving health is simply a life of embracing, engaging and expressing to be alive…not thinking when to become alive?
Living in-the-moment and not in-the-meantime.
“IT IS NOT ABOUT “HEALTH REFORM” but “HEALTH RE-FUNCTION”“
What it is we write, read and speak in regards to good-human-health is not as significant as actual human-actions of functioning as an unhealthy human being.
Your approach to health begins by what you know about health and what is not health.
Your action(s) with your health starts with how you understand using-renewing and abusing the body’s living-giving health.
You teach too condition your body to use your health in living and for living – good or bad.
Understanding the health and learning the wellness of your life is to recognize the background of living.
When we approach health (and physical-exercise) with past associations, knowledge, ignorance, doubt, conflict, confusion and the best one yet – comparison, this will prevent you from seeing your existing health as fresh and new as well as feeling in being in its presence (health).
…Is this possible? Of course it's possible.
We are now making this confusing, conflicting and agonizing, and to some point in time destructive based on personal possessive behavior.
We are becoming unhealthy human beings by merely accepting things without questioning, without understanding its relationship to our being.
This developing human behavior to unconditionally-accept is termed as “normalcy”- acceptable way of living; it is what it is. But do we really understand what is It?
…And when “sound-advice” in reference to better health is shared between others a rapid reaction of
“I know…”is repeated throughout the discussion.
But several questions can be asked if he or she truly knows,
“Why do you look the way you look?”
“Why you move the way you move?”
“Why do you feel the way you feel?”
“How do understand what it is you know?”
Does merely knowing mean we really understand?
Good Health does not come when striving for it – though it seems easily thought of or spoken to be obtained.
Human-health experiences are not an idea or conceptual belief but actual condition: its action is its own life experience.
Human-health experiences are only of one kind…mankind’s. No other kind appreciates it more.
Health of a human-being at a biological point-of-view is real and it must feel right in order to be healthy.
The sensation of “rightness” is part of the large task of discovering one’s reality of health and realizing you are alive to it – present-health actuality is vitality.
Sound health developments begin with an “inner-foundation” of righteous behavior of right actions.
But is this behavior a healthy or unhealthy process-result from environmental influences of family and community in which you/we are brought up with?
Does this determine the present and a future state of people’s overall health and wellness?
IN this point-in-time of your life, looking at your living physical-health, are you seeing life from what it is you have done or what is it you have not done as of yet?
For now you have either forgotten or neglected how to receive and perceive healthy-information or have not experienced this yet.
Human-Health Education is Life’s Education ongoing for the learning; the lessons surround us when we remember we are always students of wanting to know but more so needing to understand.

When it comes down to our overall health it is not about issues but the relationship first.
Human life cannot be without relationship.
Human existence is relationship.
To be human is to relate…your health depends on you – who live in that body.
