HUMAN-Health Education & Exercise Teaching Series: Introduction
MY writings are not linked to any particular organization of thoughtful, thought-out pattern of thinkers.

The written information is not based on scientific research or human bio-mechanical studies.

What is presented is from twenty years of working with health professionals such as medical doctors, physical therapist, chiropractors, massage therapist and “special individuals” possessing the inborn ability and physical skills to heal.
The common ground working alongside each of these different health care professionals were the wide array of unhealthy physical health problems people were living with.

Having the hands-on experience combined with teaching physical exercise to people of all ages for over twenty-eight years, I come to realize that exercise in general is of no use when the “exerciser” does not understand why exercise, learn what is exercise, recognize how to exercise and relate who makes exercise healthy?
AND LAST, Nature, the same Nature above us, below us, around us and within us has provided me the highest form of education and schooling.

No diploma, no degree, no certifications, no interference from society’s mechanical learning of human-health education combined with teaching physical exercise(s).
…Simply receiving the human-credentials in being someone that can and will help people with their present-health and understanding of physical exercise.

I have been certified by well-known organizations but recognized that there was a strong and healthy lack of the edcuators education of what it was that was being presented. There was no "substance" of teaching and very little experience of correctly explaning and performing physical exercises from stretching, strenghtening, postural positioning, timing and the exerciser should be feeling?
This is what I have witness among new and present instructors.
When I am asked why do these instructors teach improperly? - my reply is simple.
"It is not their fault. It is there Teacher's fault."

When we speak of “health” we are using the “word health” and do not touch the reality of it; the whole of health – health is passion in action.
Human-health lives in the present; this is why one constantly breathes.

When the human body is not healthy, vital, it will inevitably lose its inborn senses and impede the total development of a human body’s harmony.

Relevance to the urgency of one’s present-health and physical-wellness involves understanding over knowledge and questioning before acceptance.
When questioning this relevance of human-health, your thoughts, thinking pattern is compared to your movements and actions that will be the end-result.

There is now an urgent need for openness, freedom and liberation of understanding self-knowledge;
To challenge what you know in reference to human-health and physical progressive exercise?
The “belief” versus the “behavior” reflects truth – the wisdom is in the movement(s).
To know human-health is to understand human action.
We begin right when we question our very own understanding of being healthy and having the capacity to help those who need better human-health understanding.
