huge shoulders and back

rows, rear delt and trap work will get that going...as mentioned in earlier post deads from knee ht are best...you seem to have a lot of questions on specififc muscles which gets me thinking that you need a general 3 day a wek full week program more so than isolating muscles...try that first definatley

deads from knee height hit my legs really hard... i try to save them for my leg day but i want them for my back also...are you supposed to move your back on dead lifts???

PS: Some tips:

1) Do full body workouts
2) Dont overdo cardio while bulking
3) Get your diet right for what you need (eg, bulking)
