It's hard to tell from the pictures. The only clear one is the one you took of your chest. If you want to gain muscle and lose fat get your diet in check and start a program like Home Grown Muscle. Make sure you lift heavy enough to challenge yourself so that you can make the strength gains. The biggest factor will be in what you eat etc. Good for you for taking charge and starting to get in shape. Good luck with your goals.

I think you have a cute figure. I don't think your fat at all. But in general weight lifting for muscle and cardio for burning calories/fat.

I think you look great. Like Jenn said, get a strength training routine and your diet in check and you will put on the lean muscle you want and will help you shed some fat.

You have the ability to go a long way good luck. Use the search tools there is heaps of stuff on here for someone starting out like you :D

Yea, I side with them. You look pretty hot based on the pics! With proper diet and weights/cardio, you should be able to tone up rather quickly and look really amazing.

Good luck!

any particular diet i should follow?

A good healthy one. I'm sorry if this isn't explicit enough, but it's dependant.

I tend to go with a low carb, where most of my carbs come from fruit and vegetables only, with oatmeal and berries on the days I lift and my PWO shake. But the but here is that I lift weights only right now. I don't do any cardio, yet.

If I were 2x or more active than I am now, I'd probably indulge in more complex carbs.

The guideline I follow:

1. Eat a source of complete protein at every feeding. About 20g or a woman, 30-50 for a man.
2. Eat a source of dietary fats at every feeding. If you're having a fattier cut of meat, I would avoid poly and/or mono fats at the same time.
3. Eat fruits and/or vegetables at every feeding.
4. Drink water all day long.
5. Keep breads and grains to a minimum. Again, peri workout, I'll have them, but not on non-lifting days.

Yah, from the pic you look good. Saxy. :)
Not to say you should not or could not look better or improve though. It's everyone's own prerogative, right? ;)

I'd say focus on shaping your body, build muscles along with some cardio. The weight loss is kinda irrelevant with 'fat-loss' at that point. You see, it's kinda like 'you lose some - you gain some' ... fat and muscle that is. :D
I actually gained weight LOL but my pants fit better on me ever since i work out and eat better.

Was any of that really necessary child? Especially the name calling?

Hopefully this as what's needed to finally and truly ban you.

Lifting weights, doing cardio, and eating right will make you feel great, day in and day out. But you have a very hot body, so don't ever get down on yourself!!!!
