huge increase in bench

i know this seems almost impossible but i increased my bench from 90 to 140 in one month, Im not lying, trust me i swallowed my pride many times. Now i can finally bench my body weight, im so pumped. sry i needed to tell you guys
 
like i said, swallowed my pride and hit the bench hard. 140 is my max, i can pump out maybe 6-7 reps of that. Also working the shoulders, decline bench, and triceps helped.
 
Can you atleast tell me how many reps and sets you have done? Are you still going to keep using that workout until the gains stop or are you going to change it to something lighter for a few weeks incase of overtraining?
 
well i start out 35lbs on each side and do 2x8 of that, then i move up to 45 on each side do that 2x8 then i do 50 on each side 1-2x8 depending on how i feel. Since ive been doing alot of barbell work so my left peck(im left handed) is bigger then my right, so im gonna do some dumbell work to even them out. Ill probly still incorperate bench in my routine but not so much that i hit a plateau or stop seeing gains. If you have any questions just PM me
 
You also probably started this during the peak of your "growing phase" also known as puberty.

I dieted and lifted during mine too, and jumped from 135 to 190 in 3 months.
