hubby cant post?

My husband can log in but it says he cant not got to these areas, only thing he can access is his usercp. Message comes up that his account isnt active but he has been on here the last few days and has been on here for over a year? The other message says that an addminastrator deleted his account but he never got any PM or email on why. If someone can help he would be very happy.
