Well i'm 135 lbs and at least 20% bf. What kill's me is that i can grap over 3 inche's of fat on my stomect when i sit down and bend over and i have some fat on my chest it's all over the place

#1 oatmeal/porridge

#2 5 eggs (1 yolk - the rest just whites) + heaped teaspoon natural peanut butter

#3 4oz turkey sandwitch (wholewheat bread) and water

#4 Shake

#5 tin of tuna

#6 3pic chicken and a small apple and water

#7 shake + heaped teaspoon natural peanut butter

try to make that meal 4 immediately after your workout, or change this so that you are having the shake as soon as you finish the workout.

- how does that sound to you?

Sound's good just a few question's like.

how much oatmeal, and how to make it

how much is a tin

and how do i make the shake in milk or water

thanks alot for the help you made this so easy for me god bless you man.

personally with the oatmeal, i put in 300ml of milk and 6 tablespoons of oats - give it a go and adjust it to the way you want it

as for the tuna we're talking 185g tins (130g drained weight)

and the shakes - go with milk
