Hello all!
I'm a 30 y/o male, 5'10" tall. I started on the weight loss track about 2 months ago. I've went from 275lb to 254lb in that time. Yay! Go Me!

I've always been a big boy. Never really got much exercise. I'm just a lazy blob... Never ate healthy. Pizza and beer has been my staple diet for years. when I turned 30 I said "OK, that's Enough; time to do something about it".

Already I notice a difference in the way I feel. More energy, I can breath easier, I just feel better all around.

So here's to you; who may have to put up with me until I get down to 180. :cheers2:
 
Very cool that you've decided to take control of your health. Pretty awesome when you start feeling the positive effects from these changes.... isn't it?

Look forward to hearing about a lot more progress from you.
