Hey everyone,

I'm 20 years old 5'10'' 163 lbs. I gained 30 lbs. after graduating high school and kept it on for three years. :eek: I am desperate to get it off before summer season (June 1st). I started limiting my caloric intake to about 1200 calories a day and going to the gym mixing cardio with weight training. I am having a hard time keeping it up and joined this forum to find some support from people who are going through the same thing i'm going through. I've gained that one pound back and am really discourgaged. :( So, that's that! Wish me luck!:D
 
You might want to up your calories a little bit; the body takes it personal when you starve yourself too much.

hello! i'm sure u'll find lots of motivation in this forum.. dont get discouraged over that one pound weight gain.. as longas u persevere and not give up i'm sure u'll achieve ur goals! take care and all the best to u =D
 
Hey Ashpash I have an article I think you should read. Its about cutting calories and dieting; and how your actually loosing muscle during the process (which is a no no)
