Howdy from the heartland

Hi all. My name is Amanda and I have been lurking for a little while trying to work up the courage to actually write something. This seems to be a very supportive bunch with a lot of information.

So... A little about me. I'm 27 about 5'8 and yesterday evening weighed in at 176 ( I seem to hover around the 175-180 area lately). As for exercise, currently I don't. I chase my 16 month old son, occasionally dance like an idiot to Toon Disney, lug around a 30lb baby for weight lifting, and get about a mile(maybe two) of walking in at work. The diet is a mess. If it is processed, prepackaged or available through a drive through thats dinner to me. Basically I keep pace with my 6'6 260lb husband.

Anyway, I decided that today was the day to do things a little differently. I got up early today and actually did one of my yoga videos. It's not much, but it's more than I have done in months. Lurking for awhile got me motivated to at least do a litle bit and get started.

Getting a bit long winded here I know. Just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for the motivation.
