Howdy! :D

Hello to all of you ;)
I'll be short, I came here to find some good, usefull nutrioning and fitness tips, since I am total newbie at this. I am quite young, 14 years so I want to get healthy habits now and keep them all my life, but fortunatelly I was never addicted to crappy food so now I am just trying to find balanced way of eating and exercising.
I want to loose around 9lbs or 4 kg but of fat, not lean muscle, so I plan to jog (I have a treadmill and use to jog 2 times a week or so) and do resistance training, pilates, yoga etc. Because my wish is to reach lean figure not build too bulky body :)
So, hope we get along :D
