Hope everyones was a nice as mine 
Dinner was great ! I had two plates.... mostly white meat turkey, some smoked ham, steamed broccoli, and some stuffed mushrooms. Only a couple small dinner rolls... no butter, just gravy
One of the coolest things for me, was that while last year (1 year after I had started my health/fitness journey) I heard a lot of > "Wow ! You lost a TON of weight ! Your looking skinny"....... Yesterday, I heard, "Your looking buff" ! Ha !
I'm glad somebody else sees it. I work out so freaking hard, but often can't see much difference, as I see myself too often. Wonder if I will feel the same way 3 years from now ?
Anyway, in reality, I doubt if I ate much more than my normal 4000 cals yesterday, and I did work out hard yesterday morning, so it was all good
One things for sure, yesterday sure beat the heck out of work
