How to work inner thighs?

Sorry if there is already a thread like this btw..

Well I absolutely hate my thighs more than anything, they are not toned at all and I really want to sort them out!

So what kind of exercises should I do to really focus on them? Does walking/jogging make any difference to them or is it exercises such as squats that do the trick? If so how many do you recommend a day?

You want to "tone" your thighs?

First question you should be asking yourself is:

"What can I improve with my diet."

Not:

"What exercises can I do.... ?"

Exercises don't tone. Losing fat does.
 
Have you ever tried pilates? I love them for toning muscles in my legs. Most pilates dvd's are short like 20 minutes each so it doesn't take up alot of your time and you will feel better in the end!
 
No, I've never tried pilates, though it is something I have thought about recently. I think I'll actualyl give that a try.

It's not that I want to lose weight off my thighs, I'm happy with the size, its just the wobbliness sometimes.
 
Pilates will help you tone the muscles up. I have been doing them for a few months now once or twice a week and I can feel the difference in my thigh muscles. I am glad I bought the dvd's. They kicked my butt the first few times but I just kept doing them. I really recommend pilates.

I am already browsing amazon for pilates dvd's and wil probably end up buying one tonight! Thanks for recommending it!
