Hi everyone. I was just thinking this morning about what I could do to speed up my metabolism. I know that eating right helps, but I was wondering if there are other ways. Like maybe a vitamin? How nice that would be!!

I don't like my scale this morning, it says I've gained some weight back. While I am couting points, I have not been doing my 20-30 minutes of cardio. So basically it's not the scale, it's me. Ugh
By writing this down, I give myself a kick in the butt.
