How to pass the "platform period"?

Hello, friends, my name is Alice, I am from China, and I'm sorry that my English is not fluent.


In order to get some professional advice and useful experience on how to lose weight, I came here.


About 5 years ago, my weight is 75kg, and then I started jogging to lose weight. About 2 years ago, my weight fell to 62kg.

I kept jogging, but now my weight is 61kg, almost the same with that 2 years ago. In China, my friend told me that I am in

the "platform period", which means that the weight dosen't change in spite of doing sports.


Friends, do you have the same problem? How did you handle it?


I am so confused and so tired.
