Generally - eat less and move more.

Try to build your food around healthy things like vegetables and fruit, lean meat, fish or chicken. Drink plenty water.

Try to avoid or cut down on things that you know to be fattening - sweets, cakes, pastries, food cooked in a lot of fat/oil.

Go out walking and maybe take up some form of exercise.

There will always be people trying to sell you weight loss pills, potions and such stuff. You really do not need any of it...

Some of them are harmless (just a waste of money in my opinion) - but some are outright dangerous...

I didn't use any when I lost 168 pounds in my big project. All you need is healthy food and exercise.

To achieve your goals, you should have a balanced diet, 30% vegetables(dark colored vegetables are better, such as spinach) 20% fruit( eat the ones with more nutritional value, such as pomegranates), 20% carbohydrates (starches like wheat, rice and oats), 20% protein (which is found in meat, beans, and legumes), and 10% dairy products. And don't forget, skipping meals won't make you to lose weight. <section which broke forum rules removed>

Day by day i am going so fat. I want to loos my weight but i cant . What can i do ?
Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals.
