I would say only eating 2 small meals a day and not eating breakfast is a big part of your problem. Eating "too little" can have negative effects on your weight loss just as eating "too much" I would try to inlcude a healthy breakfast, and 1 other healthy meal in between. Eating breakfast helps wake up your metabolism and eating smaller, more frequent meals will help keep your metabolism up. I'm far from an expert but I've struggled with the similar issue. You are eating after work, after you've burnt the majority of your calories for the day. Also possibly try a multiviatamin that includes a metabolism boost may help. It sounds like you are getting plenty of activity and low calories you may just need to look at when and how you are taking in those calories.

You want to eat 5-6 healthy, low calorie, high protein meals every day. I'm a health and wellness coach, helping people lose weight through proper nutrition is all i do. I'd love to talk with you and lay out a plan on how to get you to lose that weight. I've been through basic and I know the importance of being in the best possible shape before going as you can be

Hi jman2091,

There is nothing physically causing you to gain weight.

This is a problem that can be solved.

Check out this great info. It might help you too.
