okay, so this is the whole reason this website is even here right? so a tip I thought I'd share with you guys is really the key in exercising; do it fast. it may sound strange, but it's so efficient.
since I've started doing this I have slimmed down a bit, but thats just doing it a few times a week!
it's fun too because you move your muscles as fast as you can until you can't anymore, and it actually burns fat and builds muscle!
