Whether you achieve that by walking an hour every day, reducing your sugar intake, cutting out breakfast or dinner, going vegan, going carnivore, or counting calories doesn't matter as long as it's sustainable for YOU and lets you stay in a calorie deficit without suffering. Because anything that's too uncomfortable you just won't stick with in the long run and the only thing that works long-term is something you can DO long-term.
