Hello from me I'm new to the forum. My name is Monika.
For several years, I have a problem with obesity. I tried several diets, but didn't achieve any result! I don't have enough time for sports.
Give me advice on what to do?
Thank you!

If you do yoga and some cardio exercises for approximately 20 minutes daily with perfectly balanced and healthy meal plan, you would definitely drop your unwanted pounds. Avoid all canned, processed, and fast food.

Hi and good for you for wanting to get on track. For me I have little time to exercise too, even though I know how important it is. I take a supplement that helps with my appetite and keeps my diet in check which is number one. Then when I do have a little down time I like to workout while watching TV. So on commercial breaks I do jumping jacks or sit ups, or even squats. Something is better than nothing.

If you can't lose weight naturally, why you not try with product for weight loss?
Sometimes, they are useful!

Hi Monika. Sorry to hear about your troubles with past experiences trying to lose weight. One of the most difficult things I had trouble with was changing the amount and types of food eaten on a daily basis. Ditching the fast food and/or restaurant take-out along with all the junk food like chips and soda is a must if you want weight loss success. Not only should you get in the habit of preparing all your meals at home, it's equally important to monitor the portion you are consuming at each meal. One healthy habit that REALLY helped me control portion size is drinking water before and during the meal. Sounds simple enough but it really helps fill up and in turn helps prevent you from eating too much. Try it for the next meal, drink a large glass of water about 5-10 minutes before you eat, and then another during the meal. You may be quite surprised and the result.

Hello, Monika!

Just like walking, running also does not require any equipment or gym membership. All you need is a proper place, like a park, and some decent running shoes.

Running shoes are the only equipment you will need as unlike walking, running is a high impact exercise and it is best if it is done with proper running shoes on a track.

Remember, this is NOT for those who have just started their weight loss journey. This is an exercise best for intermediates, who have been walking for at least 2 months and have lost significant weight. If you start running on your first day you can severely damage your joints, putting you on the sidelines for days, if not weeks.

But once you have experienced the thrill and the adrenaline rush of running, you will never look back! This is fat burning at its best!

So, remember, before you start running you must:

- Buy a pair of good running shoes
- Warm up with 10 minutes of walking
- Do stretching

Till we meet again! Stay safe!

Take up riding a bicycle to work. Cycle commuting is a great way to shed weight and I speak from experience, over the course of the last year I've lost (and kept off) about 50 lbs. I attribute about 95% of it to riding to work daily. I say, if you have time to dilly dally before you drive to work, you have time to ride a bike to work. That also quite neatly deals with your lack of "time for sports".

I have enjoyed reading all reviews and comments. Proper diet plan and regular exercise are always beneficial for weight loss goal. There are many exercises best weight loss but I am suggesting to the people, to go for an early walk. Walking is one of the most popular and the safest exercises for all ages because of its effectiveness. Walking is a natural type of exercise helps for weight loss, burn extra calories, improve overall health. At least 30 to 60 minutes walk burn more pounds from the body.
