Let me give you a word of warning first: if you're buying diet drinks, diet pills or special “diet food”, I suggest you stop wasting your money now.
I have tried all of those, and it's only short term gain beefore my body balloon again.
Diet fads are NO good.
So if you're looking to lose weight pernamently for the year 2008, I whole heartly suggest an awesome diet that I've tried with great pernament result.
The low insulin diet.
