Hey,
I'm trying to lose 8 kg, any help would be great...
I usually eat an apple and black coffee in the morning, rice crackers ( 3 through out the day) a muesli bar around lunch time, vegetables for dinner and I exercise about 2-4 hours a day.
I welcome any new diet plans but i don't eat meat, will eat fish if i have to though.
