How to lose 2 pounds a week without buying diet plans?

I am 13 year old girl 5'1 and 127 pounds. i would like to be down to 115. i do not have any money to go buying different diet plans. i have been exercising 4 times a week and buying salad instead of cafeteria food for lunch. i haven't lost a single pound and i have been doing this for 2 weeks. does anyone know a free diet/exercise plan that is very specific and can be used for a teenage girl?

I'm pretty hesitant to tell a 13 year old to sign up for a diet/fitness plan that is not designed for teens, especially a young teen. Before I really say too much at all, can you give us a bit more detail about what you normally eat each day and what types of physical activity (if any) that you do each week?

There should be some relatively simple changes that you can make to your daily habits rather than signing on to an intense dietary/exercise program. You're too young to start getting sucked into all of the "health" fads out there :)
